We will take your electronic manuscript and format it correctly for for use as an eBook. We will create ePub, MOBI and PDF files for you to use and sell your eBook. We will also validate the file for use on Amazon Kindle.

Please note: it will take 7 to 10 working days to complete the formatting of your manuscript and to produce the ebook files.

Ebook cover design is an optional extra - please tick the box for 'Ebook Cover Design' from the options on this page if you need a cover designed. If you don't need a cover simply upload your cover using the 'Upload Cover Image' option available on this page.

Upload your manuscript/cover in Word format to us using the button above. (If your manuscript is in PDF format please contact us before you order).
This is NOT an editing service - it is a formatting service. Editing/proofing should be completed before formatting. This service does not focus on the content of your manuscript, it only enures your manuscript works correctly as an eBook.

Please ensure your manuscript contains everything you want included in your ebook such as:

• • Cover (if you’re not ordering it from us).
  • Your photo (please ensure it is a high-resolution photo) if you want it included in the ebook.
  • Biography
  • Links to your web site/social media profile
  • Dedication/thanks
  • Other titles available from you etc.

If your manuscript is a children’s book with many images (more than 4 or 5) please contact us before you order.

Please note: our final work formatted document is not included in the files you will receive back from us. The files you will receive from us will be: ePub, MOBI and PDF files. The PDF file will NOT be editable i.e. it will be a READ ONLY document.

Please communicate to us your preferences (if any) for type/font style/sizes etc before we finalise the files - any changes after the final files have been created will require a new order to be generated.
